Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of product marketing strategy for a specific B2C digital product, including market segmentation, brand positioning, core messaging, and launch planning.
- Coordinate and guide a multidisciplinary team—including user acquisition, CRM, creative, analytics, landing pages, and product—to execute growth initiatives effectively.
- Optimize performance across the entire customer journey: from acquisition and onboarding to activation, retention, and monetization, with a focus on increasing lifetime value.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to generate actionable insights, formulate growth hypotheses, and design targeted experiments.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and business outcomes such as earned income and revenue to ensure all efforts deliver measurable impact.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 or more years of experience in senior product marketing, growth marketing, or marketing leadership roles focused on B2C digital products.
- Demonstrated success in improving core business metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Deep proficiency in applying segmentation, positioning, and messaging frameworks to market strategies.
- Solid grasp of performance marketing channels including Google, Meta, and TikTok, along with expertise in funnel optimization through A/B testing and conversion rate improvement.
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a matrixed, collaborative environment.
