As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will define and execute the full lifecycle marketing strategy for a core consumer-facing product. Your work will center on refining audience segmentation, crafting compelling positioning, and delivering data-driven messaging that resonates across markets. You'll lead go-to-market initiatives and ensure alignment across user acquisition, CRM, creative, analytics, and product teams to maximize growth and lifetime value.
What You'll Do
- Develop and own the product marketing strategy, including market positioning, messaging architecture, and audience segmentation
- Lead a cross-functional squad to execute growth experiments across the user journey—from first touch to long-term retention
- Optimize performance at every stage of the funnel using A/B testing, conversion rate insights, and behavioral data
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to generate actionable hypotheses and inform product evolution
- Track and report on key business outcomes, focusing on revenue, engagement, and customer lifetime value
Requirements
- 5–7+ years in product marketing, growth marketing, or related roles for digital B2C products
- Demonstrated success in improving core business metrics such as conversion, retention, and monetization
- Deep understanding of segmentation, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market execution
- Proven experience with performance marketing channels including Google, Meta, and TikTok
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing stakeholders across functions and time zones
- Familiarity with A/B testing, CRO, and analytics platforms
