What You'll Do
Take full ownership of the product roadmap for high-traffic dating review platforms, shaping ranking logic and personalized user experiences based on performance data. Design and deploy automation systems that accelerate content creation, product analysis, and funnel development. Leverage AI to run intelligent A/B tests, improving core metrics like click-through rates, conversion rates, EPC, and ROI through clustering and predictive modeling.
Conduct deep competitive analysis using AI tools to uncover high-intent traffic opportunities. Partner closely with PPC, engineering, and AI teams to rapidly prototype and launch features that outpace market trends. Drive speed and precision in decision-making by embedding automation into the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- At least one year in product marketing, growth, or product management, or two years in marketing technology or performance marketing
- Strong analytical foundation with comfort in logical systems and data interpretation
- Proven use of AI in daily workflows, with a drive to expand automation at scale
- Solid grasp of conversion funnels, unit economics, and performance KPIs
- Proficiency in English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to write SQL queries or basic Python scripts for independent data analysis
- Prior projects applying AI to content generation, clustering, or workflow automation
- Experience with high-intent user journeys such as comparison sites, quizzes, or review platforms
