Pion is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their Commercial team, driving growth by onboarding major retail brands. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, building long-term client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to close deals.
What You'll Do
- Full sales management cycle - Discovery calls, proposals, collaborating with various teams internally and externally during negotiations whilst striving to ensure you are closing deals.
- Developing relationships with brands and landing long term deals - this role isn't just about the 'quick wins', it's about bringing on board brands who will generate repeat revenue and renewals.
- Relationship management with affiliate networks.
- Growing and creating a 'hit list' of brands to reach out to.
- Working with both SDR's and your Account Manager to ensure clients experience a smooth sales cycle.
