About the Role

Pion is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their Commercial team, driving growth by onboarding major retail brands. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, building long-term client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to close deals.

What You'll Do

  • Full sales management cycle - Discovery calls, proposals, collaborating with various teams internally and externally during negotiations whilst striving to ensure you are closing deals.
  • Developing relationships with brands and landing long term deals - this role isn't just about the 'quick wins', it's about bringing on board brands who will generate repeat revenue and renewals.
  • Relationship management with affiliate networks.
  • Growing and creating a 'hit list' of brands to reach out to.
  • Working with both SDR's and your Account Manager to ensure clients experience a smooth sales cycle.
