AltiSales is hiring a Sales Development Representative (Remote - US)

Role Overview

You’ll play a key role in driving new business by connecting with executive-level decision-makers and setting high-value meetings. Working remotely across the U.S., you’ll leverage curated leads and refine outreach strategies to communicate the tangible benefits of our solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Own your performance by consistently working toward defined targets and contributing to broader team objectives
  • Conduct daily outreach via phone and email—targeting around 100 calls per day—to identify and qualify new opportunities
  • Accurately forecast activity and results, providing transparent updates on progress and pipeline health
  • Collaborate with Account Executives by joining calls, capturing insights, and deepening product knowledge
  • Help shape outreach strategies by sharing feedback and contributing ideas to improve engagement and conversion

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in a sales or client-facing role
  • At least one year of experience in outbound sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both in writing and over the phone
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high-volume workflow with precision
  • A self-driven mindset with a commitment to learning, adapting, and contributing to team success

Nice to Have

  • Three or more years of experience in tech startup sales environments
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, including data entry and pipeline tracking
  • Experience using sales engagement platforms such as Outreach.io or SalesLoft
