Role Overview
This is a remote sales leadership position focused on expanding our commercial footprint across Latin America, with primary responsibility for Spanish-speaking markets. As a Commercial Account Executive, you will drive new business growth by converting inbound interest and proactively pursuing outbound opportunities, all while operating within a scalable, technology-driven sales model.
Key Responsibilities
- Commit to ongoing personal and professional growth by embracing feedback and consistently refining your approach
- Use Salesforce and Gong to manage lead follow-up, track deal progression, and deliver reliable weekly forecasts
- Partner with sales engineers, channel managers, and other internal teams to align solutions with customer needs
- Balance inbound lead response with proactive outreach to build a consistent, high-quality sales pipeline
- Guide prospects through the Proof of Value process as a consultative advisor, identifying real-world applications for our platform
- Drive negotiations to completion and secure new customer acquisitions in the commercial tier
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of opportunities and forecasts in Salesforce
What You Need
- Native fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an Account Executive in SaaS or tech sales, with documented success closing commercial deals
- Proven ability to navigate diverse business cultures across LATAM
- Strong communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Gong for pipeline and forecasting management
- Residency in Mexico City and authorization to work in Mexico
- Coachable mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and responsiveness to feedback

- Working knowledge of Portuguese
