Provide dedicated customer support for a premier online tuxedo rental service as a Seasonal Customer Service Representative. This full-time, remote role runs through mid to late October and centers on delivering thoughtful, human-first assistance during a high-demand period. You’ll engage with customers across multiple platforms—primarily by phone, with additional support via chat, email, SMS, and social media—guiding them through order placement, delivery tracking, returns, and website navigation.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries with empathy and accuracy, resolving issues related to orders, policies, product details, and technical challenges
- Take full ownership of customer concerns, following through to resolution with sound judgment and a focus on satisfaction
- Communicate with clarity and warmth, reflecting the brand’s values and commitment to meaningful service
- Use tools like Zendesk, Talkdesk, and Salesforce to manage tickets, track interactions, and maintain data accuracy
- Identify recurring customer questions or pain points and contribute insights to improve processes
- Participate in training and cross-functional learning to strengthen skills and adapt to evolving needs
- Meet performance standards in quality, response time, and customer feedback
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in customer service or a related role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Technically capable, with comfort using multiple software platforms simultaneously
- Home workspace that is quiet, private, and equipped with a reliable internet connection, USB headset, webcam, and compatible computer system
- Ability to pass required background checks, where permitted by law
- Current residency in one of the following states: AR, AZ, FL, GA, IN, KY, MD, NC, NM, NV, OH, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, or WI
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a fast-paced call center or remote customer support role
- Familiarity with customer service platforms such as Zendesk, Talkdesk, or Salesforce
- Background in formalwear, bridal, or wedding-related services
