brightwheel is seeking an Upsell Sales Specialist, Education to partner with our existing customer base to expand their use of our platform. You will be a key player in driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and managing the full sales cycle.
What You'll Do
- Proactively identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within our current education customer accounts
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, building strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Contribute directly to achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Collaborate with Account Management and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in our CRM system
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a B2B sales role, with a focus on upselling or account management
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Experience in the education or SaaS technology sector is a plus
