brightwheel is hiring an Upsell Sales Specialist, Education

brightwheel is seeking an Upsell Sales Specialist, Education to partner with our existing customer base to expand their use of our platform. You will be a key player in driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and managing the full sales cycle.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within our current education customer accounts
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, building strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Contribute directly to achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Collaborate with Account Management and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in our CRM system

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a B2B sales role, with a focus on upselling or account management
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Experience in the education or SaaS technology sector is a plus

This is an onsite position based in Des Moines, IA.
