Remote Prelicensure Student Coach Full-time Type of Position: Remote Organization Description As a prominent healthcare education organization, our institution supports thousands of students in launching and advancing their professional careers annually. Primary Responsibilities: - Deliver comprehensive academic support to nursing students throughout their program, providing strategic coaching to enhance CMS performance. - Conduct individualized 30-minute coaching sessions focused on content mastery, test-taking strategies, and time management best practices. - Provide targeted assistance for at-risk students identified through performance data. - Conduct proactive tutoring sessions for students preparing for initial CMS examinations. - Develop and lead CMS Boot Camps addressing knowledge gaps and building student confidence. - Maintain consistent coaching availability, including weekend sessions. - Collaborate with faculty and stakeholders to align coaching strategies with institutional goals. - Document meetings and track student progress in licensure dashboard. - Utilize additional support resources for comprehensive student development. - Provide ongoing encouragement and support, fostering a positive learning environment. - Generate weekly reports for leadership detailing session outcomes. - Monitor and manage upcoming CMS schedules. - Perform additional assigned duties as needed. Compensation Range: $75k-$85k *Starting base pay may vary based on qualifications, experience, and organizational needs. *Position might transition to hybrid model in future.
