Support production monitoring and operational efficiency during a 3-month internship with a global quality assurance organization. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily and weekly performance metrics for field inspectors, following up on overdue reports, missing data, and photo documentation
- Respond to on-site queries from inspectors, particularly those related to PEO/PM service protocols
- Collaborate with Account Managers, Inspection Team Leaders, and Coordinators to support seamless operations
- Assist in the onboarding of new inspectors, suppliers, and General Inspectors through training sessions and documentation updates
- Deliver eLearning modules and maintain current training materials
- Support service coordinators with administrative and operational tasks to maintain workflow continuity
- Carry out additional duties assigned by management to enhance team effectiveness
