Role Overview
This position focuses on building relationships with healthcare providers (HCPs) across the Fort Collins, Denver, and Aurora regions through a mix of in-person, virtual, and digital interactions. The specialist serves as a knowledgeable resource on neuroscience therapeutics and their approved uses, ensuring HCPs receive accurate, compliant information to support patient care decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with healthcare professionals using digital platforms and virtual tools to discuss treatment options, product access, and clinical guidance.
- Connect HCPs with appropriate internal teams, such as Customer Service Specialists, when additional support is needed.
- Host and manage speaker-led programs and provider group discussions to exchange insights on treatment experiences and patient outcomes.
- Collect and share local market feedback with leadership to help shape regional business planning and outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach approaches based on real-world input and evolving customer needs.
- Proactively communicate updates on product information, access pathways, and evidence-based care practices in alignment with regulatory standards.
- Ensure all activities follow compliance guidelines and reflect the organization’s commitment to ethical practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in pharmaceutical or medical device sales; 4+ years of direct HCP engagement preferred.
- Experience in commercial life sciences or related fields with cross-functional collaboration.
- Background in CNS disorders, psychiatry, or ADHD is highly valued.
- Proven ability to interpret and convey complex clinical data clearly and accurately.
- Comfort working in evolving environments with shifting priorities.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel locally and occasionally overnight.
Work Environment
This role blends field-based, virtual, and digital outreach. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the primary territory. Travel may vary depending on regional needs.
