Unilever is looking for a Human Resources intern to join our 6-month Leadership Internship Programme. This role is designed to develop Unilever's Future Leaders through hands-on project work and collaboration with experienced teams, directly contributing to HR business goals.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to HR business goals while working with highly experienced business leaders and teams.
- Partner with business teams on strategic initiatives such as talent development forums and change management projects.
- Enhance employee experiences through policy implementations, new joiner onboardings, long service awards, and recruitment activities.
- Lead Employer Branding initiatives both on & off Campus to maintain Unilever's No. 1 Employer of Choice ranking within Singapore.
What We're Looking For
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program; fresh graduates are not eligible.
- Commitment of a minimum of 3 days a week (Full time commitment preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced & results driven environment with a strong appetite for success.
- Proactive and willing to take on new challenges.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written & verbal.
