Shape the employee journey in a high-growth SaaS company where people practices are central to success. As a People & Talent Partner, you’ll work across talent acquisition and people operations to support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing employee experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead recruitment efforts from intake to offer, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and streamline hiring workflows
- Ensure candidates feel informed and valued through every stage of the process
- Manage onboarding logistics and resources so new team members can start with confidence
- Support performance cycles, policy updates, and employee lifecycle changes
- Respond to employee inquiries about HR programs and processes
- Maintain accurate records in HR systems and contribute to reporting and process improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in HR, People Ops, or Talent Acquisition within a SaaS or startup setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively
- Clear, empathetic communication style and a commitment to confidentiality
- Self-driven mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently
- Familiarity with tools like HiBob, Greenhouse, Confluence, and Slack
- Experience supporting remote teams and fluency in both English and French (a plus)
