This remote role is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing projects across internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate excels at defining project scope, establishing clear timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met with precision. You will develop comprehensive project plans, track progress, and communicate updates to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout each initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential project challenges and implement effective solutions to maintain momentum
- Define project goals, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder responsibilities using structured frameworks
- Maintain accurate project documentation and update deliverables as initiatives evolve
- Manage marketing contact data changes resulting from campaign activity
- Support team productivity by monitoring task progress in Asana and flagging delays to leadership
- Coordinate meeting schedules and follow-ups using Outlook
- Provide reporting support and contribute to performance tracking for marketing efforts
- Collaborate with full-time staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes
- Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance efficiency and consistency
Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate experience managing marketing-related projects and be comfortable using digital tools to organize workflows. Proficiency with Asana, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Lists, Dynamics 365, and Power BI is essential. You should be highly detail-oriented, capable of working independently after receiving direction, and committed to maintaining structured processes.
