About the Role
The specialist will support AI development by analyzing and refining Ukrainian language data to enhance machine learning performance in real-world applications.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate the quality of Ukrainian text generated by AI models
- Identify inaccuracies in grammar, tone, or context within AI responses
- Provide feedback to improve language model outputs for Ukrainian speakers
- Assess translations and localized content for cultural appropriateness
- Rate the relevance and coherence of AI-generated Ukrainian text
- Flag inappropriate or unsafe content produced by language systems
- Contribute to training datasets used in machine learning development
- Follow detailed guidelines for consistent data evaluation
- Collaborate with linguists and AI engineers on language challenges
- Report recurring issues in Ukrainian language processing
- Test AI responses across different dialects and registers
- Ensure responses align with natural speech patterns in Ukrainian
- Review prompts and responses for logical consistency
- Support the development of multilingual AI capabilities
- Maintain high accuracy standards during evaluation tasks
- Adapt to evolving evaluation criteria as models improve
- Work on diverse topics including technology, health, and culture
- Handle sensitive topics with appropriate discretion
- Meet performance benchmarks for task completion and quality
- Participate in periodic training and calibration sessions
- Use annotation tools to label and categorize language data
- Contribute to improving AI understanding of idiomatic expressions
- Verify factual correctness in AI-generated Ukrainian content
- Support consistency across written and spoken language formats
- Respond to quality assurance reviews with clarifications
Nice to Have
- Degree in linguistics, philology, or related field
- Professional experience in language teaching or translation
