Invisible Technologies is hiring a Ukrainian Language Specialist - AI Trainer to shape the future of AI by generating and evaluating high-quality training data for large-scale language models. In this role, you will directly contribute to improving model performance and reasoning by analyzing their failures on Ukrainian language tasks.
What You'll Do
- Converse with advanced language models on a variety of Ukrainian language topics and scenarios.
- Verify the factual accuracy and logical soundness of model-generated outputs.
- Capture reproducible error traces and document specific failure modes of AI models.
- Analyze and document failures related to Ukrainian grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, and pragmatics.
- Suggest improvements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics to enhance model training.
What We're Looking For
- Expert-level knowledge of Ukrainian grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, and pragmatics.
- Clear, metacognitive communication skills with an ability to show your work and explain your reasoning process.
Nice to Have
- A Master’s degree or PhD in Ukrainian language, linguistics, or a closely related field.
- Peer-reviewed publications in relevant linguistic or language-focused areas.
- Previous teaching experience, especially related to language.
- Hands-on experience with linguistic analysis projects.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $8 to $65 per hour.

This is a fully remote, global position. You can work from anywhere in the world.
