About the Role

Employment Hero is hiring a UK SDR Manager to lead its UK-based Sales Development Representative team. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for hitting sales targets, improving lead conversion and handoffs, coaching the team, and aligning with GTM stakeholders to drive funnel health.

What You'll Do

  • Drive team performance to consistently exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Coach and nurture team members through regular 1:1s and tracking goals and KPIs.
  • Streamline systems and processes for maximum efficiency and results.
  • Identify target markets, lead sources, and client lists.
  • Report data and trends to highlight opportunities for strategic sales direction.
  • Design and implement effective reporting dashboards in Salesforce.
  • Leverage sales automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools to generate SQLs and meet forecast targets.
  • Work cross-functionally with enablement, marketing, sales, and sales operations to develop and execute plans to grow pipeline.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of proven, high-volume B2B sales experience.
  • 3+ years of experience running and leading an SDR team.
  • A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrable experience managing and growing outbound prospecting, including drip campaigns and engagement across chat, email, phone, and event-driven interest.

Team & Environment

This is a remote position. Candidates must be based in the UK.
