We’re seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive new business growth across Latin America. In this fully remote role, you’ll play a key part in expanding access to engaging educational tools by identifying potential customers, initiating conversations, and guiding them toward meaningful solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to incoming leads and conduct outbound outreach via phone and email to connect with educators and decision-makers
- Host introductory product demonstrations to showcase value and spark interest
- Uncover specific challenges and goals during discovery conversations to align offerings with needs
- Use Salesforce to track interactions, manage opportunities, and maintain an accurate pipeline
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and share market insights
What We’re Looking For
- At least one year of experience in lead generation or inside sales, with a focus on setting qualified meetings
- Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce and sales engagement tools such as Salesloft, Outreach.io, or Yesware
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen deeply and articulate relevant benefits clearly
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, to conduct calls and draft professional emails
- Self-direction and reliability, including a stable internet connection for remote work
- A creative mindset and comfort in fast-moving, feedback-driven environments
