About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive new business growth across Latin America. In this fully remote role, you’ll play a key part in expanding access to engaging educational tools by identifying potential customers, initiating conversations, and guiding them toward meaningful solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to incoming leads and conduct outbound outreach via phone and email to connect with educators and decision-makers
  • Host introductory product demonstrations to showcase value and spark interest
  • Uncover specific challenges and goals during discovery conversations to align offerings with needs
  • Use Salesforce to track interactions, manage opportunities, and maintain an accurate pipeline
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and share market insights

What We’re Looking For

  • At least one year of experience in lead generation or inside sales, with a focus on setting qualified meetings
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce and sales engagement tools such as Salesloft, Outreach.io, or Yesware
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen deeply and articulate relevant benefits clearly
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, to conduct calls and draft professional emails
  • Self-direction and reliability, including a stable internet connection for remote work
  • A creative mindset and comfort in fast-moving, feedback-driven environments
