About the Role

Drive Growth in Private Practice Healthcare

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in expanding access to tools that empower independent medical practices. Working entirely remotely, you’ll engage directly with physicians and providers, guiding them through the value of practice management solutions tailored to their unique needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Master the features and benefits of software designed to help small and mid-sized practices grow efficiently
  • Manage both inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting to build and sustain a strong sales pipeline
  • Deliver personalized virtual demonstrations that address specific challenges faced by private practices
  • Collaborate with marketing to follow up on qualified leads and identify new target prospects
  • Log all interactions and track progress using Salesforce to maintain visibility and accountability
  • Work closely with customer success, implementation, and design teams to ensure smooth transitions for new clients
  • Seek out professional development opportunities to refine your sales approach and deepen industry knowledge

Who You Are

  • You have 2–4 years of experience in high-volume, net-new sales, preferably serving small to medium-sized businesses
  • You’re skilled at identifying opportunities, managing a CRM like Salesforce, and consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • You embrace feedback and are eager to improve through coaching and self-driven learning
  • You thrive in fast-moving environments and adapt your outreach creatively to connect with prospects
  • You’re motivated by problem-solving and committed to delivering value-first conversations
