Level Agency is hiring a UGC Strategist to own the user-generated content production process for paid media. This role is for a creative and performance-minded individual who thrives at the intersection of content creation and performance marketing.
What You'll Do
- Source, recruit, and manage top-tier creators for ad campaigns.
- Develop clear, concise talent briefs including deliverables, guidelines, and scripts.
- Manage creator relationships from first contact to final edit.
- Create content yourself: filming, editing, and experimenting with short-form concepts.
- Write performance-driven scripts, hooks, and messaging for direct-response ads.
- Analyze performance data in collaboration with Media Managers to guide creative iterations.
- Lead the UGC production process end-to-end, continuously improving speed, quality, and output.
- Support accounting and billing processes related to creator partnerships.
What We're Looking For
- A strong portfolio of UGC work.
- Confident on-camera presence with the ability to self-film and edit.
- Proven experience sourcing and managing content creators.
- Knowledge of paid social platforms and direct-response creative.
- Ability to connect performance insights to creative direction.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Background in influencer marketing or talent management.
- Familiarity with AI-powered video editing or scripting tools.
- Experience creating content for ecommerce, education, or lifestyle brands.
