Reporting to the Head of Communications, you will lead the strategic development and day-to-day management of digital channels, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the evolution and oversight of digital platforms, including the main website and dedicated program sites, ensuring content remains accurate, accessible, and strategically aligned.
- Develop and implement digital content plans across formats and platforms, contributing to a cohesive editorial strategy.
- Design and manage social media campaigns that expand reach and deepen engagement with scientific and public audiences.
- Apply expertise in content management systems—particularly WordPress—to maintain and improve digital infrastructure, incorporating SEO and accessibility standards.
- Analyze performance data across platforms, transforming insights into actionable recommendations for future planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication delivery.
- Stay current with digital trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve communication effectiveness.
- Manage vendor relationships related to digital tools and platforms, ensuring optimal performance and value.
Qualifications and Skills
Applicants should hold a first university degree and bring at least five years of experience in organizational communications, with a strong focus on digital channels. Demonstrated success in producing online content, using analytics tools, and managing social media in an international context is essential. Proficiency with CMS platforms, SEO practices, and accessibility standards is required, along with excellent command of written and spoken English. Strong analytical abilities, interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset are key to success in this role.
