Valley Bank is seeking a Treasury Solutions Sales Officer to drive the sale of cash management and treasury solutions to clients and prospects. In this role, you will use a consultative approach to identify client needs, manage the implementation process, and ensure overall satisfaction with our products and services.
What You'll Do
- Use consultative selling techniques with clients and prospects to determine the product sets and features that best suit their requirements.
- Analyze account activity and balances for proposals, generate proposals, present to clients/prospects, and close sales.
- Obtain required service agreements for requested product sets and account documentation.
- Manage the implementation process alongside Cash Management/Treasury Solutions Operations.
- Manage overall client satisfaction regarding Cash Management/Treasury Solutions products and services.
- Support the Retail Bank's efforts in analyzing deposit relationships with both existing and prospective relationships.
- Attend assigned District Sales Manager meetings at least monthly.
- Follow up on all sales calls.
- Work with Territory Sales Managers, District Sales Managers, and Commercial Lenders to identify cash management/treasury solutions opportunities with existing and prospect client bases.
- Support the Commercial Bank's efforts in analyzing deposit relationships with both existing and prospective relationships.
- Attend assigned Commercial Bank Team's monthly meetings.
- Be responsible for a defined number of Retail Bank Sales Districts and Commercial Bank Sales Territories.
- Create monthly sales reports reflecting pipeline of sales activities, new product sets sold, and lost business.
Team & Environment
You will work collaboratively with Territory Sales Managers, District Sales Managers, Commercial Lenders, and the Cash Management/Treasury Solutions Operations team.
