Healthcare Australia is looking for a Travel Nurse Recruitment Consultant to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for travel nursing roles. You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume temp environment, directly supporting frontline healthcare across Australia.
What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from job brief to placement in a high-volume temp nursing environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while growing new business through networking, referrals, and outbound activity.
- Match nurses to contracts quickly and efficiently across metro, rural, and remote areas.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in agency recruitment.
- Temp or contract desk experience.
- Naturally competitive and target-driven with a solid track record of achieving results.
- Passionate about delivering outcomes while building long-term relationships with clients.
Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting in healthcare, preferably with travel nurses.
