El Corte Inglés is hiring a Travel Agent responsible for the personalized advice, design, and sale of vacation travel, including packages, tailor-made trips, and individual services. You will ensure an excellent customer experience before, during, and after the trip by combining commercial capabilities, destination knowledge, and operational skills to close profitable sales and retain customers.

What You'll Do

Advise customers on destinations, vacation products, complementary services, and necessary documentation.
Identify customer needs and preferences, including type of trip, budget, dates, and desired experiences.
Prepare personalized proposals and comparisons of destinations and services.
Make reservations for flights, hotels, tours, trains, insurance, and other tourist services.
Issue travel documentation such as tickets, vouchers, itineraries, and insurance.
Control payment deadlines, conditions, changes, and cancellations.
Offer higher value-added vacation products through up-selling and cross-selling.
Promote campaigns, offers, and exclusive products from the agency or tour operators.
Resolve incidents before, during, and after the trip.
Manage refunds, modifications, claims, and customer safeguarding.
Update CRM and internal systems with customer and sales data.
Prepare sales reports, closures, and follow-up on objectives.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, data protection, and quality procedures.
