Guide Medicare beneficiaries through critical coverage decisions during the Annual Enrollment Period as a remote Benefits Advisor. You’ll assess individual needs, provide clear guidance on health plan options, and support clients in selecting coverage that aligns with their healthcare and budget priorities.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct calls with Medicare-eligible individuals to evaluate coverage needs and recommend suitable plans
- Submit Medicare policies through partnerships with trusted national and regional carriers
- Introduce supplemental products—including Dental, Vision & Hearing, Cancer, and Hospital Indemnity—to support long-term client protection
- Complete onboarding training to access proprietary software, CRM, and dialer systems
- Operate as an independent contractor with full schedule control, meeting core availability windows
What You Need
- At least 12 months of direct Medicare insurance sales experience as an independent agent, or 24+ months in insurance sales overall
- Currently hold a minimum of 5 active health licenses, with ability to obtain 10–15 prior to call readiness
- Eligibility to reappoint with Medicare carriers via release letter or carrier process by deadline
- Reliable personal computer meeting minimum specs: Windows 11 or macOS Sonoma, 8GB RAM (16GB preferred), 20GB free storage
- Availability during core hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00AM–1:00PM CST; during AEP, add evenings and weekend availability
