Virtuous is hiring an Enterprise Customer Success Manager

About the Role

Shape the success of nonprofit organizations by serving as their trusted advisor throughout the entire lifecycle. In this role, you’ll work closely with high-impact clients to understand their unique missions, challenges, and goals, ensuring they get the most value from the platform over time.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the main point of contact for enterprise clients, guiding them from onboarding through renewal and beyond.
  • Build strong, multi-level relationships across customer teams to foster trust, adoption, and long-term satisfaction.
  • Anticipate roadblocks and resolve complex issues efficiently, keeping initiatives on track.
  • Uncover opportunities for expansion by deeply understanding how clients use the product and where they can grow.
  • Champion upcoming features and product updates, helping customers stay ahead of their goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—support, product, sales, and success—to align on customer needs and deliver cohesive solutions.
  • Lead renewal and upsell efforts with strategic insight, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Advise on contract terms and creative pricing models that meet client needs while supporting business objectives.

Who You Are

  • You have experience working with nonprofits and understand how they fundraise, operate, and measure impact.
  • You’re skilled at identifying customer needs and translating them into actionable strategies.
  • You thrive in relationship-driven environments and enjoy connecting with stakeholders at all levels.
  • You’re organized, proactive, and able to balance multiple priorities without losing focus on the customer.
  • You’re comfortable using CRM systems, email marketing tools, and other core technologies.
  • You bring strong communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of managing contracts and renewals.
