Swift Transportation is seeking a Transportation Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified Driver applicants to directly improve Driver retention and safety standards.
What You'll Do
- Interview, gather, and analyze information skillfully to obtain a complete application and pre-qualify applicants.
- Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, pay, and specialty and dedicated opportunities.
- Read, review, and understand both MVRs and DAC Reports.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of recruiting experience or equivalent.
- Must be self-motivated and possess excellent communication skills.
- Must have good attention to detail and be able to multi-task.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
