TUI Group was looking for a HR Administrator

Join the global TUI Musement People Services Team as a part-time HR Administrator covering maternity leave. In this 50% role, you will deliver seamless HR and payroll services across our international operations.

What You'll Do

  • Process payroll activities through HR systems like SAP, managing all related tasks for social security and tax payments.
  • Prepare relevant reports and communications for authorities and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure employee and payroll data remains accurate and up to date in HR systems.
  • Participate in process improvement activities, proposing initiatives for smooth document handling and information gathering.
  • Support People Services globalisation initiatives and ensure best practices with international colleagues.
  • Help drive the digitalisation and automation of HR administrative processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Human Resources advisor position covering payroll, labour contracts, and social security.
  • Excellent PC skills across Excel, Word, and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Highly organised with a pragmatic approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet set deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to process large amounts of data while maintaining confidentiality.
  • A proactive problem solver, keen to embrace and drive change whilst identifying and supporting process improvements.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team and autonomously using initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in both verbal and written English and Spanish.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SAP HR.
  • Additional languages are advantageous.
