Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer projects, from ideation to publication and post-campaign analysis, across LATAM, Asia, and MENA
- Manage campaign budgets
- Identify new influencer niches, emerging creators, and innovative content formats that can unlock growth
- Analyze campaigns performance using data-driven approach
- Coordinate with internal Paid Acquisition, SMM, Affiliate Teams
- Build hypotheses and run structured testing
- Identify growth opportunities and scale successful approaches
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in influencer marketing
- Experience managing end-to-end influencer campaigns and special projects
- Highly data-driven, with the ability to translate performance metrics into actionable insights for business
- Understanding of performance metrics and business impact
- Experience working with at least one analytics or attribution tool (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Tableau, Metabase, or similar)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Russian C1+, English B1+
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, trading, iGaming, or other complex/regulated industries
- Agency experience or existing agency/influencer network
- Experience launching influencer-led special projects or offline events
