Responsibilities

- Negotiate and close multi-year contracts with enterprise customers
- Collaborate with pre-sales engineers to address technical requirements
- Forecast revenue accurately and maintain CRM records up to date
- Drive expansion within existing accounts through upsell opportunities
- Stay current on cloud infrastructure and cost management trends
- Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings
- Work closely with marketing to refine lead generation strategies
- Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product direction
