Swift Transportation is hiring a Driver Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will recruit, screen, interview, and hire qualified driver applicants to directly improve driver retention and safety standards for our operations.
What You'll Do
- Interview, gather, and analyze information skillfully to obtain a complete application and pre-qualify applicants.
- Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, pay, and specialty and dedicated opportunities.
- Read, review, and understand both MVRs and DAC Reports.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year recruiting experience or equivalent required.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Must possess excellent communication skills.
- Must have good attention to detail.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
