- Identify, evaluate, and hire qualified driver candidates to enhance safety performance and driver retention.
- Conduct interviews and collect detailed information to ensure complete applications and accurate pre-qualification.
- Communicate key details about operations, facilities, compensation, benefits, and available driving opportunities to prospective applicants.
- Accurately interpret and assess Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs) and DAC Reports during the hiring process.
