TUI Group is looking for a People Services Specialist to join our HR People Service Team in Vienna. In this role, you will be responsible for comprehensive HR administration and payroll support, managing the employee lifecycle, collaborating with external tax advisors, and advising both management and employees on labor law and payroll matters.
What You'll Do
- Handle personnel administration from entry to exit, including master data maintenance and personnel file management.
- Perform preparatory payroll processing in collaboration with an external tax consultancy and handle various labor law topics.
- Manage time recording and absence management and create various reports.
- Advise both managers and employees on all labor law and payroll-related matters concerning their employment relationship.
- Work closely with management and the works council.
- Contribute to the optimization of HR processes and the further development of HR systems.
What We're Looking For
- Completed HR training with a focus on Austrian payroll and/or labor law.
- Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel and Word).
- Motivated to work in a team with strong communication skills in excellent German and good English, both written and spoken.
- High level of service orientation and consulting competence, with discreet handling of confidential information.
- Structured, analytical way of working, proactive approach to new topics, and a desire to learn new things.
Nice to Have
- Ideally 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable position.
- Knowledge of an HR software (ideally Sage DPW).
- Positive attitude towards digitalization.
