As the 3P Apparel & Accessories Buyer, you'll play a central role in shaping the brand portfolio by selecting and managing third-party partners that align with a purpose-driven, adventure-focused lifestyle.
What You’ll Do
- Select and manage third-party apparel and wearable accessories for both e-commerce and retail channels
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brand partners, negotiating terms and driving mutual growth
- Lead preseason planning, including budgeting, assortment strategy, and inventory forecasting
- Execute item-level buy quantification and manage open-to-buy frameworks
- Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and e-commerce teams to align on go-to-market strategies
- Identify opportunities for exclusive products, special collaborations, and new brand additions
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze sell-through data, and recommend in-season adjustments
- Attend key market events and maintain active engagement with top-tier brands
- Mentor and develop an Assistant Buyer in product selection, assortment editing, and business management
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in buying or merchandising, preferably in apparel or accessories
- Proven track record managing vendor relationships and negotiating agreements
- Strong analytical skills with experience in OTB, sell-through analysis, and business reporting
- Proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to collaborate across departments, including planning, marketing, and e-commerce
- A clear point of view on what defines quality, style, and relevance in today’s apparel market
