TUI Group is seeking an HR Administrator to support posted staff across our global destinations. In this vital role, you will ensure smooth on- and off-boarding processes while acting as a key support resource for employees and managers at their destination.
What You'll Do
- Prepare employment contracts and handle candidate inquiries, managing contract changes as posted staff move between destinations.
- Maintain data in Employee Central/SAP including entries, exits, and destination changes.
- Handle various administrative activities such as confirmations, terminations, agreements, and report preparation.
- Collaborate closely with Payroll, Reward, Recruitment, and Placement teams to ensure seamless processes.
- Get involved in both local and international HR projects, expanding experience across global operations.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Comfortable with MS Office and navigating digital systems.
- Proven experience in business administration tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Empathy, honesty, and transparency with a genuine care for the employee experience.
