About the Role

Responsibilities

- Support the improvement of lending processes through feedback
- Assist in onboarding new clients to the platform
- Track key performance metrics related to deal conversion
- Stay updated on changes in lending products and policies
- Coordinate with external partners when necessary for deal fulfillment
- Provide insights to help refine credit assessment models
- Act as a point of contact for client financing journeys
- Help verify income, cash flow, and business viability
- Work to reduce processing delays in application reviews
