About the Role
This role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of quality insight initiatives, ensuring data integrity, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting operational excellence through analytical rigor and cross-team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of quality measurement frameworks
- Analyze performance data to identify root causes of quality issues
- Collaborate with operations teams to implement corrective actions
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools for real-time quality monitoring
- Establish key performance indicators for quality assurance
- Drive standardization of quality processes across departments
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Facilitate training sessions on quality best practices
- Partner with product teams to integrate feedback into development cycles
- Monitor customer feedback for emerging quality trends
- Translate data findings into actionable business recommendations
- Ensure alignment of quality metrics with organizational goals
- Manage escalation paths for critical quality incidents
- Support continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Maintain documentation of quality procedures and outcomes
- Evaluate supplier performance through quality data analysis
- Lead post-incident reviews to prevent recurrence
- Coordinate with regulatory teams to meet compliance requirements
- Optimize data collection methods for accuracy and efficiency
- Foster a culture of quality ownership across teams
