As a Trading Operations Specialist, you will play a central role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of trade settlements across digital assets and fiat currencies. Your primary focus will be on managing end-to-end post-trade activities, from reconciliation to settlement, while maintaining clear communication with internal teams and external partners.
What You'll Do
- Oversee trade settlement processes for both crypto and traditional financial instruments, ensuring timely execution and accurate recordkeeping
- Reconcile trades across centralized and decentralized exchanges, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly
- Monitor treasury positions and coordinate with finance and trading teams to maintain accurate asset accounting
- Manage crypto address whitelisting and rebalancing across multiple exchange platforms
- Support fiat operations by setting up banking beneficiaries and coordinating with financial institutions
- Track client margin levels and net open positions, communicating with stakeholders to maintain compliance thresholds
- Assist in improving internal ticketing systems and streamline operational workflows
- Collaborate with developers to enhance automation and reporting tools for trade operations
- Collect and organize trade data from OTC and FX counterparties to support execution analysis
Requirements
- Minimum of three years in trading operations, with hands-on experience in settlement and reconciliation processes
- Proven background in either crypto or traditional finance, with exposure to multi-currency environments
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or a related quantitative field
- Strong proficiency in Excel for tracking balances, reconciling data, and generating reports
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-moving setting
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate across technical and financial teams
- Familiarity with blockchain, digital asset transfers, and exchange mechanics
- Fluent English speaker with strong organizational and analytical capabilities
