What You'll Do
Manage the end-to-end execution of 20 to 30 B2B marketing events each year, including webinars, industry conferences, and executive-level roundtables. You'll oversee event logistics such as vendor coordination, venue and booth arrangements, registration workflows, and budget tracking, ensuring every detail supports a seamless attendee experience.
Partner with technical experts, sales teams, and external collaborators to shape event content, confirm speaker readiness, and finalize agendas. Work closely with the demand generation team to promote events through email, digital, social, and sales enablement channels, aligning outreach with campaign goals.
Support pre- and post-event operations by tracking attendance, processing leads, and measuring performance against KPIs. Contribute to campaign delivery by developing or reviewing event-related assets like emails, landing pages, forms, and follow-up communications.
Collaborate on content creation, including presentation materials, recap blogs, and video highlights. Use Dynamics 365 Marketing to manage audience segmentation and automate engagement journeys. Share insights on lead behavior with sales teams to support timely follow-up and maintain alignment between marketing efforts and revenue goals.
Requirements
You bring 2–4+ years of experience in B2B marketing or event coordination, with a proven ability to manage complex logistics while contributing to strategic planning and messaging. You’re highly organized, excel at multitasking, and maintain strong attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
You communicate confidently across teams and external partners, helping align stakeholders around shared objectives. Familiarity with B2B email marketing and event best practices is essential. Experience working in collaborative, innovative settings where problem-solving and measurable outcomes are prioritized will help you succeed.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B technology, cloud services, or professional services marketing is a plus. Prior exposure to the Microsoft ecosystem—including Teams and Dynamics 365—is beneficial. Background in video editing or content production adds value. Knowledge of lead scoring models, account-based marketing (ABM), or sales handoff processes is also advantageous.
Technical Stack
You’ll work primarily within Dynamics 365 Marketing, Microsoft Teams, RingCentral, OneDrive, Planner, and Excel to coordinate activities, manage assets, and track results.
Work Mode
This role is remote with a requirement to be based in Austin, TX, to support shipping logistics and local coordination needs. You’ll collaborate with teams across North America while maintaining alignment through digital workflows and scheduled in-person engagements.
