Take part in a structured 10-week summer internship focused on Training and Development. This role offers practical experience in designing and supporting learning programs within a large-scale technology environment. You'll collaborate across teams to help deliver training initiatives and improve how learning resources are managed and shared.
What You'll Do
- Help organize and coordinate training sessions, including scheduling and preparing materials
- Support the development and updating of training content to keep learning resources relevant
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and participation across learning programs
- Collaborate on improving SharePoint sites to enhance access to training information
- Contribute to the planning and execution of internal learning and development activities
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a college or university, or recently graduated within the last semester or quarter
- Strong organizational abilities with experience managing multiple tasks
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative on team projects
- Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams for daily communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently in your junior or senior year of college
- Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, or similar content creation platforms
- Familiarity with Synthesia or other digital content development tools is a plus

Compensation
Base pay for new hires typically falls between USD $43,800.00 and $51,950.00 per year. The overall pay range is $43,800.00 – $70,100.00 annually, with potential for additional incentives.
