About the Role

What You'll Do

Lead the creation and implementation of trade marketing strategies tailored to the local market, ensuring alignment with regional and brand goals. Contribute to annual category planning by shaping trade investments and driving execution excellence at the point of sale. Play a central role in building sales forecasts and commercial plans, using consumer and channel insights to guide decision-making.

Monitor competitor activity to identify market shifts and uncover new business opportunities. Serve as a key link between marketing and sales, ensuring consistent and impactful brand representation across all channels. Adapt broader strategies to local needs, focusing on effective 4P execution, product launches, and promotional campaigns.

Track performance metrics to assess the impact of trade initiatives and optimize return on investment. Conduct field visits to gather real-world insights and verify plan execution. Collaborate with sales teams to boost sell-out rates, improve shopper conversion, and expand distribution coverage.

Requirements

  • Hold a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Bring at least 5 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or customer development roles
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of channel dynamics across modern trade, traditional retail, and wholesale environments
  • Show proven ability in point-of-sale execution, commercial planning, and budget oversight
  • Use performance tracking tools to measure visibility, sell-out, and distribution effectiveness
  • Assess profitability of trade initiatives and optimize investment efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fast-moving consumer goods or retail sectors is highly valued
