As a Full-Cycle Sales Representative, you will drive new business development across France by managing every stage of the sales process. Your primary responsibility will be identifying potential clients, initiating outreach, guiding prospects through tailored solutions, and successfully closing deals to meet revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete sales cycle—from initial prospecting to final negotiation and contract closure.
- Maintain a consistent and high-quality pipeline to ensure predictable revenue delivery.
- Engage decision-makers through targeted outreach using email, phone, and social channels.
- Articulate the value of our technology platform in ways that align with each customer’s unique needs.
- Use Salesforce to track leads, forecast accurately, and optimize sales workflows.
- Help shape scalable sales practices that support international expansion.
What We’re Looking For
- At least two years of experience in a sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Fluency in both French and English, with the ability to conduct business professionally in both languages.
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Prior work as a full-cycle rep, particularly in tech or hospitality sectors.
- Background in software sales or B2B technology solutions.
Tools & Environment
You’ll work primarily within Salesforce for lead tracking and forecasting. The role is based in France and supports local markets with flexibility aligned to regional operations.
