SISCO, a division of Cottingham & Butler, is looking for a TPA Sales Executive to launch our suite of services into new markets. This fully remote role centers on leveraging and expanding a network of channel partners to deliver innovative employee benefit solutions. You'll join a company with a 130-year history of organic growth, privately owned and debt-free, whose mission is to Simplify Benefits, Control Costs, and Maximize Value.
What You'll Do
- Leverage and expand your network with a focus on channel partners whose expertise and distribution align with our strategy and value proposition.
- Target partners including carriers, affinity programs, MGUs, captives, point solutions, and brokers.
- Continuously develop expertise and identify opportunities to solve problems through innovation.
- Develop and deliver effective employee benefit solutions and build strong relationships with client decision-makers.
- Meet and exceed sales and retention targets on your book of business.
What We're Looking For
- 1-5 years of prior sales experience with a TPA, cost control vendor, MGU, and/or carrier.
- Knowledge of ERISA, the Affordable Care Act, Insured Ancillary/Voluntary coverages, Affinity Programs, Captives, or TPA operations and related cost control point solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Ability to travel nationwide.
Nice to Have
- CEBS, Self-Funded Specialist Designation, and/or a Life and Health license.
Team & Environment
This professional team includes ERISA attorneys, MDs, PharmDs, RNs, Health Coaches, and licensed agents. The Account Management team has an average tenure of 8+ years. You'll be part of the SISCO division of Cottingham & Butler.
