Global Pacific Support is looking for a Tow Truck Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will specialize in providing insurance solutions tailored specifically for tow truck operators and roadside assistance providers. You will assess clients’ insurance needs, recommend appropriate coverage options, and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the insurance process.

What You'll Do

Evaluate clients' insurance requirements related to towing operations and roadside assistance services.
Provide expert recommendations on coverage options tailored to tow truck businesses, including liability, physical damage, and garage keeper's insurance.
Assist customers with the completion of insurance applications and documentation.
Negotiate policy terms with underwriters to secure the best coverage and premium rates for clients.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the towing industry and related insurance regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing communication and support.
Stay updated on industry trends, insurance products, and competitive market analysis.
Resolve billing issues, claims, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as an insurance agent, preferably specializing in commercial or automotive insurance.
Strong knowledge of insurance products relevant to towing operations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to assess risk and make informed decisions regarding insurance coverage.
Proficiency in using insurance management software and CRM systems.
Strong negotiation skills to work effectively with clients and underwriters.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
Valid insurance license in the appropriate jurisdiction.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
