Prematch is looking for a Third Party Management Advisor to provide strategic supplier governance for our Technology & Operations organization. This professional combines supplier management expertise with project leadership to oversee governance, risk, and performance for our Consulting & Professional Services portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Deliver strategic guidance and governance for assigned supplier relationships.
- Track and report supplier performance against established criteria regularly.
- Manage governance actions and resolve issues throughout the assigned portfolio.
- Conduct scheduled Enterprise Business Review sessions with internal business partners, matrix partners, and suppliers.
- Apply analytical skills to assess and improve processes, focusing on enhancement of supplier management and operational workflows.
- Develop effective relationships with Technology & Operations business stakeholders to understand their business portfolio and implement supplier-based solutions.
- Navigate complex environments with evolving strategies and priorities.
- Facilitate discussions between senior leaders and supplier counterparts.
- Support overall business requirements, enterprise agreements, service level agreements, and statements of work through strategic planning.
- Communicate with senior leadership to develop portfolio and supplier management strategies reflecting global technology initiatives, projects, and programs.
- Support Procurement/Sourcing teams during negotiations, RFPs, and proposal analysis.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively in an environment with high ambiguity and fast-paced activity.
- Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills for interactions with various leadership levels.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools.
Nice to Have
- At least 4 years’ experience in third party management, procurement, or operations and management.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with Senior and Executive levels inside and outside the organization to accomplish results through contracted engagements.
- Experience preparing, modifying, and reviewing contracts – including Service Level Agreements, Master Service Agreements, and Statements of Work.
- Demonstrated negotiation and third-party management skills; resolve issues, drive corrective actions, and negotiate with internal and external partners.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze contracts, spend, supplier performance etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field.
- Familiarity with contracts, strong analytical abilities, and financial expertise.
