What You'll Do
Develop and implement a targeted business strategy to expand market presence across a defined territory. You will engage directly with physicians, pharmacists, nurse practitioners, and other key stakeholders in clinical settings such as physician offices, hospital pharmacies, and critical care units.
Communicate complex medical information clearly and accurately in real-world healthcare environments. Use data analytics to identify high-impact opportunities and prioritize outreach efforts for maximum effectiveness. Maintain accurate records of interactions and performance metrics using CRM platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Travel regularly within the region, including coordination with internal teams, to support joint visits and strategic initiatives. Consistently aim to meet or exceed sales targets through disciplined planning, relationship management, and efficient use of resources.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree
- Possess proven B2B sales experience, with a history of achieving or surpassing sales objectives
- Demonstrate ability to operate independently while contributing to team outcomes
- Showcase strong organizational, communication, and presentation abilities
- Exhibit comfort discussing clinical data with healthcare professionals in real time
- Have experience using CRM systems such as Veeva or Salesforce
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Display leadership qualities, attention to detail, and follow-through
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in pharmaceutical sales
- Experience in gastroenterology or related therapeutic areas
- Familiarity with regional healthcare networks and systems
