Develop and follow structured visitation schedules to engage medical and pharmacy teams, providing up-to-date information on product features, usage, and supply details. Organize and lead academic events aligned with company objectives to support product awareness and clinical understanding.
Monitor inventory levels and consumption patterns to prevent stockouts and minimize product expiration. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support new product launches through coordinated planning. Collect and analyze regional performance data to guide targeted development efforts and improve outreach efficiency.
Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams to strengthen relationships with key hospital experts, supporting formulary inclusion and reimbursement initiatives. Track competitor activity and submit actionable insights to leadership. Maintain accurate records of institutional data and ensure all promotional efforts comply with company messaging and regulatory standards.
Requirements
Applicants must hold a diploma or higher qualification, with strong competencies in account management, communication, product knowledge, and strategic planning. A bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience as a hospital pharmaceutical representative—especially within a foreign-funded pharmaceutical company—is highly valued.
