SpotOn is looking for a Territory Sales Representative / Restaurant Specialist to build relationships and drive growth in Pleasanton, CA. You will represent SpotOn in your local community, offering technology solutions that help local business owners and restaurants run and grow their operations.
What You'll Do
- Be a local representative for SpotOn by offering advanced technology to local business owners.
- Travel within your designated territory to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new merchants.
- Manage the full sales cycle from start to finish with a growing portfolio of clients.
- Hit sales targets, focusing on software, point-of-sale solutions, and payment processing.
- Work closely with our Sales Support team to reach your monthly performance goals.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with an emphasis on small business owners, merchants, and restaurants.
- Proven track record delivering against sales goals with a metrics-oriented attitude.
- Excellent cold calling, prospecting, and territory buildout experience.
- Ability to maintain client relationships in collaboration with internal support teams.
- The ability to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations.
- Ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable.
Nice to Have
- Proficient in Salesforce as a CRM.
Benefits & Compensation
- Total on-target earnings of up to $120,000-$275,000, inclusive of base salary and commission potential + equity: Company RSUs.
