FirstMate is hiring an Outbound Sales Representative

About the Role

Own the full sales journey as an Outbound Sales Representative for a growing software platform serving roofing contractors nationwide. You'll initiate contact, build relationships, and close sales—all without passing leads to another team. From the first call to onboarding and first-order completion, you’ll guide prospects every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to identify and engage decision makers in the roofing industry
  • Follow up consistently using phone, email, and text to move prospects through the sales cycle
  • Close deals and ensure new customers transition smoothly into onboarding
  • Re-engage inactive accounts to reactivate usage and renew business

What You’ll Need

  • Proven experience in outbound B2B sales or lead generation
  • Fluent, natural English communication—both spoken and written
  • Ability to maintain focus and energy during a fast-paced calling schedule
  • Self-motivation to manage your pipeline independently
  • Skill in building rapport quickly with busy professionals and navigating past gatekeepers
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Noise-canceling headset for clear, professional calls

Compensation

Base salary of $18,000–$24,000 USD annually, plus uncapped commission. On-target earnings range from $32,000 to $48,000 per year. All payments are made in USD. Your effort directly influences your income—put more in, earn more.
