As a Territory Sales Representative in Melbourne, FL, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to local restaurants and small businesses, introducing them to technology that streamlines operations and fuels growth. You'll cover a defined territory, meeting business owners in person to understand their needs and guide them through the full sales process—from first contact to onboarding.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with local merchants through in-person visits and outreach to introduce integrated POS and payment solutions
- Manage a growing client portfolio, guiding each prospect from initial conversation to closed sale
- Meet and exceed sales targets by focusing on software adoption and payment processing services
- Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure smooth implementation and long-term customer success
- Use Salesforce to track activity, manage pipelines, and stay aligned with performance goals
What We’re Looking For
- At least two years of B2B sales experience, ideally serving small businesses or restaurant operators
- Proven success meeting sales quotas with a disciplined, results-driven mindset
- Strong prospecting skills, including cold outreach and territory development
- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and explain them in practical terms
- Openness to feedback and a commitment to personal accountability
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Salesforce as a CRM platform is an advantage.

Compensation
This role includes a base salary with total on-target earnings ranging from $120,000 to $275,000 annually, combining base and commission. Commissions are paid weekly for new accounts, with additional bonuses tied to hardware sales, implementation, production milestones, and customer retention. RSUs are included in the overall package.
Work Environment
This is a local, territory-based position requiring regular travel within the Melbourne, FL area. You must be able to navigate your assigned region independently and meet clients where they operate.
