Drive growth through strategic brand partnerships in a high-impact, autonomous role. As Account Director, you’ll own the full sales lifecycle—from identifying new business opportunities to delivering successful campaigns—within a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
What You’ll Do
- Set and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets by building a pipeline from the ground up.
- Identify and engage target brands using creative outreach strategies across email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Develop persuasive pitch materials, including media plans, rate cards, and narrative-driven presentations tailored to client needs.
- Lead sales conversations confidently, articulating value propositions and positioning our network effectively.
- Manage post-sale execution, including client communication, invoicing, and cross-functional coordination to ensure campaign success.
- Track and report on pipeline activity, meeting outcomes, and performance metrics using CRM tools and spreadsheets.
- Collaborate closely with content and product teams to shape responsive proposals and relay market insights back into the business.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 4 years in digital or social media sales, with a proven record of acquiring new clients and closing deals.
- Deep familiarity with social platforms and a genuine passion for music, fashion, gaming, and digital culture.
- Self-starter mentality with experience thriving in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Strong organizational skills and a disciplined approach to managing outreach, follow-ups, and client relationships.
- Comfort using CRM systems, creating reports, and leveraging data to guide outreach and strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to brand stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
- Willingness to travel when needed to support business development.
