Join a forward-thinking team as a Lithuanian Sales Development Representative and take the lead in expanding into the Lithuanian market. You'll identify and connect with B2B prospects using cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach, guiding potential clients from first contact through to closed deals.
What You’ll Do
- Research and target relevant businesses in Lithuania to build a strong sales pipeline
- Initiate conversations via phone, email, and social platforms to uncover customer needs
- Qualify leads, conduct product demonstrations, and manage pricing discussions
- Close sales independently and ensure accurate tracking in the CRM system
- Work closely with Marketing to refine outreach strategies and campaigns
- Share real-time market feedback to help shape sales and product direction
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation
- Professional fluency in both Lithuanian and English
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort reaching out to new contacts
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently
- Organizational discipline to manage time and priorities effectively
- Passion for technology and B2B solutions
